The Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra is one of those music ensembles that courageously venture into the realm of Early Music. They approach the musical style of the first half of the 18th century as if it were a marvellous living organism. Baroque music allows unique and individual interpretations even in the 21st century; with these, it becomes richer and more colourful. "Quality" is the keyword in the performance style, which is guaranteed by the chamber orchestra in the vanguard of the international chamber music scene led by their globally celebrated Artistic Director, the cellist István Várdai.
